Shane Harp brings over 20 years of coaching experience in both football and baseball to ACA, where he is excited to begin his first year. With a coaching career that includes multiple playoff appearances, a Semi-Finals run, and Conference Championships, Shane is a proven leader with a strong track record of success. He previously served as the Head Baseball Coach at White Hall and is now ready to make his mark at ACA.

Married for 29 years, Shane is a proud father of two sons, aged 20 and 24. His coaching philosophy is built on discipline, hard work, and the integration of faith in every aspect of the game. He is committed to teaching his players the importance of God in their daily lives, ensuring they not only grow as athletes but also as individuals who model sportsmanship and Biblical values.

Shane's ultimate goal is to prepare his players for life beyond sports. He hopes that when athletes leave his program, they will carry with them the lessons learned and become great fathers, husbands, and workers, ready to face whatever challenges they may encounter.
