Pastor Lance Goddard, happily married for 28 years, is a proud father of four. With over 15 years of coaching experience and a remarkable 23-year tenure at Arkansas Christian Academy (ACA), Pastor Lance has left a lasting legacy across multiple sports programs. His coaching journey has included soccer, track, football, and, currently, elementary basketball.

Throughout his career, Pastor Lance has led teams to numerous achievements, including two girls' and two boys' elementary basketball state championships, several runner-up finishes, and multiple JV football conference titles. His contributions to ACA’s football program are equally impressive, with three Varsity football state championships and two state runner-up titles.

Guided by a coaching philosophy focused on raising student-athletes with integrity, character, and righteousness, Pastor Lance emphasizes the importance of servant leadership both on and off the field. He is passionate about teaching athletes how to foster teamwork that makes the dream work, equipping them with skills and values that translate into all areas of life. His dedication to developing well-rounded student-athletes continues to be a cornerstone of ACA’s athletic success.
