FIRST SECURITY PLAYERS OF THE WEEK - SEPTEMBER 13, 2024

We are excited to announce the recipients of the ACA Knights Football Awards for last week’s PHENOMENAL home game! The following awards were presented for their outstanding performance by Jeff Richardson, on behalf of First Security Bank:

MVP - Owen Pitts consistently steps up wherever the team needs him, demonstrating his versatility. He made seven tackles, broke up a pass, threw for a touchdown, and added two rushing touchdowns, proving to be a key contributor in all aspects of the game. Rhett Townsend, Luke Thomas, Collin Pollich, Noah Serrano, and Jonathan Arp did a great job of blocking to help the Knights gain over 300 yards of total offense.

Offensive Player of The Game - Kason Sumler recorded eleven tackles, successfully scored a two-point conversion, and showcased exceptional blocking throughout the game, making a significant impact on both sides of the ball.

Defensive Players of the Game - Jesse Gonzales delivered an outstanding performance with eleven tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble. He capped it off with an electrifying punt return for a touchdown, making a huge impact on both defense and special teams.
